With over 30 years of history, its juicy, hearty buns, made with genuine ingredients, are a favorite among locals and tourists alike. They specialize in two flavors: fresh meat buns and cabbage buns. These buns are handmade and pan-fried on site, achieving a golden, crispy bottom. The thick outer layer and generous filling are perfectly balanced, creating a juicy and fragrant aroma.<\/p>\n<p>Zhong Jia Yuan has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, making it one of the few snacks at Shilin Night Market to receive international acclaim. Founder Zhong Fangxiong learned the art from relatives in Shanghai and set up shop at the night market with his wife. Later, due to health reasons, he passed the baton to his apprentice, Zhong Wenji. Although not related by blood, the original flavor and spirit of the dish have been preserved.<\/p>\n<p>Open daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, closed Wednesdays.
