Located in Huwei Township, Yunlin County, the Chenglin Agarwood Forest is Taiwan's first agarwood-themed tourist park. Spanning approximately six hectares, it blends Japanese garden landscapes with natural ecology, earning it the nickname "Taiwan's Kenrokuen Garden." The park promotes agarwood culture, showcasing millennia-old agarwood and cypress artworks and selling agarwood-related products such as essential oils, soaps, and skincare products.<\/p>\n

One of the park's most eye-catching attractions is the Bald Cypress Love Lake, featuring a heart-shaped island surrounded by a bald cypress forest. The lake is at its peak viewing season from November to February, when the leaves transform from green to yellow to orange, creating a picturesque reflection on the lake. A wooden boardwalk weaves through the forest, creating a sense of being transported to a small Kyoto, making it a popular spot for photography and dating.<\/p>\n

The park also features a water church, a Japanese-style pavilion, stone lanterns, and an ecological pond, creating a Zen atmosphere. Open daily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, the 250 yuan admission fee is fully deductible from all park purchases. Children under 120 cm tall are admitted free.<\/p>\n
