Arrival in Taoyuan
Zhongli Night Market
Zhongli Night Market, located in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, is a favorite nighttime food destination for locals and students. Spanning Xinming Road and Central West Road, the market features densely packed stalls and a lively flow of customers. It sells a variety of Taiwanese snacks such as fried chicken, Taiwanese sausage wrapped in sticky rice, and chicken cutlet with juicy filling, as well as international cuisine and creative desserts.

Baseball Hall of Fame
The Baseball Hall of Fame, located in Longtan District, Taoyuan City, is Taiwan's first professional baseball-themed museum, dedicated to promoting baseball culture and commemorating outstanding players. The museum features a history exhibition area, an interactive experience area, and the Hall of Fame, showcasing the development of baseball in Taiwan. Visitors can also experience the charm of baseball firsthand through virtual pitching and batting simulations.
Lukang Old Street
Lukang Old Street, located in Lukang Township, Changhua County, preserves Qing Dynasty houses and red-brick alleyways, showcasing a rich ancient town atmosphere. The winding streets blend traditional crafts and delicacies such as wood carving, lanterns, and pastries. Adjacent to the Tianhou Temple, religious culture intertwines with everyday life, making it an excellent destination for exploring Taiwan's history and culture.
Tianhou Palace
Tianhou Temple, located in Lukang Township, Changhua, is one of the oldest Mazu temples in Taiwan, founded during the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty. The temple's architecture blends Minnan and Quanzhou styles, with its roof ridges decorated with paper-cut patterns, stone carvings, and wood carvings all possessing significant artistic value. As the center of Lukang's religious community, it is a popular place of worship, frequently frequented by believers who come to pray and offer incense.
Touching Breast Alley
Touching Breast Alley is one of the famous narrow alleys in Lukang Old Street, Changhua. It is so narrow that only one person can pass at a time, and two people have to squeeze sideways and hug the wall to pass each other, hence the name. The alley is about 30 meters long and only about 40 centimeters wide at its narrowest point. It was originally designed for theft prevention and wind protection, showcasing the wisdom and lifestyle of ancient streets.
Gaomei Wetlands
Gaomei Wetlands, located in Qingshui, Taichung, is an important ecological wetland in western Taiwan. It boasts abundant intertidal wildlife and waterbird habitats, and the sunset reflects beautifully on the water's surface, creating a dreamlike scene. A wooden boardwalk extends into the sea, making it an excellent spot for sightseeing, photography, and getting close to nature.
Taichung Mitsui Outlet Park

Taichung/Chiayi
Zouzu Zhulu Cultural and Creative Park
The park blends traditional architecture, tribal stories, and modern design, and features an indigenous market, hands-on workshops, song and dance performances, and local delicacies, showcasing the hunting spirit and lifestyle aesthetics of the Tsou people.
Alishan Scenic Area
The park boasts magnificent seas of clouds, sunrises, ancient trees, and a mountain railway, offering different scenery in each season: cherry blossoms in spring, summer retreats, autumn foliage, and winter frost-covered pines. The Alishan Forest Railway connects major attractions such as Zhaoping Park, Sister Lakes, and Zhushan Sunrise Viewing Platform, showcasing the beauty of the mountains and forests and their cultural history.

Chiayi/Taichung
Take the Alishan Forest Railway to watch the sunrise (weather permitting).
Watching the sunrise from Alishan by train is one of Taiwan's most classic mountain travel experiences. In the early morning, passengers can board the Zhushan Line train from Alishan Station, traversing through the misty forest to the Zhushan Sunrise Viewing Platform. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival, you can overlook the Yushan mountain range and layers of clouds, waiting for the sun to slowly rise from behind the mountains, casting golden light through the forest – a magnificent and breathtaking sight.
Fengjia Night Market
Feng Chia Night Market, located in Xitun District, Taichung City, near Feng Chia University, is one of Taiwan's largest and most popular night markets. Its densely packed streets and numerous stalls offer a wide variety of creative snacks, hand-shaken drinks, trendy clothing, and everyday goods. Signature dishes such as Guan Zhilin's Taiwanese Sausage Wrapped in Sticky Rice, Lazy Shrimp, and Bear Paw Buns blend local flavors with innovative cooking, attracting a large number of young people and tourists.

Fragrant Hills Wetland Crab Viewing Trail

Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall
The Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is located in the heart of Taipei City. The grounds are vast, and the main building features a Chinese palace-style design, giving it a solemn appearance. Inside, there are exhibition spaces and historical displays. The changing of the guard ceremony is held regularly, making it one of Taipei's most representative public spaces.
Tamsui Old Street
Tamsui Old Street, located in Tamsui District, New Taipei City, is a classic tourist attraction that blends history, culture, and cuisine. Stretching along the banks of the Tamsui River, the old street retains its architectural style from the Qing Dynasty and the Japanese occupation period. Lined with traditional snack shops, handicraft stores, and nostalgic shops, the street is popular with visitors. Local delicacies such as A-gei (a type of fried dough), fish crisps, and sour plum drink are particularly beloved.
Fisherman's Wharf
