Recently, Welcome Wonder had the honor of hosting a very special customized group from Thailand.
During the initial discussions about the itinerary, the guests mentioned that two elderly members of the group required wheelchairs. Upon further understanding, we learned that this was the very reason many travel agencies had declined to take them on before finding us.
Both elders are over eighty years old—one is 89, the other 85. For them, traveling freely like younger people is no longer easy. But at Welcome Wonder, we have always believed that age and physical condition should never be obstacles to experiencing the joy of travel.

After carefully understanding the travelers’ actual needs, we decided to take on this group and help the two elders fulfill their dream. From route planning and vehicle arrangements to the daily pace and details, we checked and rechecked everything, hoping the journey would be both safe and reassuring.
At the end of the trip, the accompanying family members told us:
“Thank you so much for Welcome Wonder’s arrangements. Because of their physical condition, the two elders have always found it difficult to travel. You helped us fulfill their wish and allowed them to see such wonderful scenery. The itinerary was arranged perfectly, and the whole family had an amazing time.”
At that moment, what we felt was not only affirmation,
but also understanding, warmth, and a deep sense of fulfillment—realizing that what we have quietly insisted on truly carries meaning.
Throughout this journey, we witnessed the children’s heartfelt care for their elders, and we saw the two kind seniors, accompanied by their family, leave behind precious and unforgettable memories in Taiwan. These moments made us more deeply aware of the weight and value of our work. We sincerely wish the two elders good health and that time will treat them gently.
Looking ahead, we will continue to hold on to this original intention, with the same dedication and passion, accompanying every traveler through their journey, and together experiencing the true beauty of travel.
