Oolong tea has been cultivated on Dongding Mountain since the mid-19th century. When villagers began transitioning from their traditional "shicha" tea to "Qingxin Oolong," the Chen family, ancestors of the Youshan Tea Fellows, had already been exploring the Taiwanese oolong tea industry. Youshan Tea Fellows has been closely associated with the development of Taiwanese Dongding Oolong tea, dedicated to preserving the exquisite craftsmanship of oolong tea.
Taiwan's tea industry is rich and diverse, beloved by fashionistas and, increasingly, by the younger generation, bringing it a new lease of life. The "Yoshan Tea Culture Center" underwent a renovation in 2014, enhancing the tea-drinking environment and quality. The center offers professional, multilingual introductions to Taiwanese tea culture, bringing people closer to tea through hands-on service. Furthermore, beloved and supported by international tea drinkers, Yoshan Tea has established service locations in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, allowing international tea drinkers to fully experience Taiwan's human touch and tea-serving culture through Yoshan Tea's services.
